Craigmore View is one of the largest social housing developments undertaken in the Newry area in recent years, delivering 255 new homes for the local community.
Located adjacent to Fiveways Service Station and Damolly Retail Park, the development required extensive earthworks to prepare the site for residential construction and associated infrastructure.
As Main Earthworks Contractor, Connor McCullagh was responsible for delivering the bulk site preparation works, including major cut-and-fill operations, site levelling, road formation, and the construction of development platforms across the site.
The successful completion of the earthworks package helped transform a greenfield site into a fully prepared residential development ready for housing, roads, and infrastructure construction.
