Who We Are

Project Mobilisation & Geographic Capability

McCullagh Construction is built on decades of experience delivering major bulk Earthmoving and civil engineering works across large-scale construction projects.

Our operations are structured to support projects beyond a single region, with the capability to mobilise plant, equipment, and experienced personnel to suit specific project requirements.

We operate through disciplined planning, adaptable site teams, and established mobilisation processes that allow us to integrate efficiently and safely into new locations. This approach enables us to support complex Earthmoving works wherever project conditions and logistics demand.

Regardless of location, McCullagh Construction applies consistent standards of safety, planning, and execution to ensure reliable performance across varied environments.

Health & Safety Statement

At McCullagh Construction, health and safety is fundamental to everything we do. Operating across the UK and Ireland on major Earthmoving and civil engineering projects, we recognise our responsibility to protect our employees, clients, subcontractors, and the communities in which we work.

Environmental Responsibility

As a contractor delivering major Earthmoving and infrastructure works, we understand the environmental impact our operations can have. We are committed to minimising that impact and conducting our activities in a responsible and sustainable manner.

We comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulatory requirements across the UK and Ireland and work closely with clients and stakeholders to protect surrounding ecosystems and

communities.

Responsible Project Delivery
  • Careful planning to minimise disturbance

  • Responsible waste management and recycling

  • Pollution prevention measures

  • Soil and water protection controls

  • Dust, noise and vibration management

Environmental considerations are integrated into our project planning from the outset to ensure responsible and sustainable delivery.

We are committed to continually improving our environmental performance by reviewing procedures, adopting improved technologies, and encouraging environmentally responsible behaviour throughout our workforce. Our goal is to deliver high-quality infrastructure while safeguarding the environment for future generations.
